1. All copyrights to Alamoon Photo Undelete are exclusively owned by Aleksey S Cherkasskiy, Alamoon.Com.

2. This version of Alamoon Photo Undelete is freeware. It may be freely distributed, as long provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Alamoon Photo Undelete without written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Alamoon Photo Undelete IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. alamoon WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
